Michael has a broad background in business law and management, litigation oversight, and trust and tax planning. Michael's industry experience is broad and he has been involved with deals throughout the United States, Europe, and South America. Michael earned his Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from the Duke University School of Law. Michael holds a Master's Degree from the George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida (cum laude). Before practicing law, Michael had a successful career as an environmental scientist.
